Supporter is simply the best web based ticketing support system
on the web. The features are designed with the administrator in mind and
are superior to any other competing software. Feel free to use our demo
to see if Website Supporter is right for your online support needs.
Suggestions for using the demo:
- Register as a new user. Use a real email address so you can see the
emails and responses sent out by the system.
- Post one or more new tickets.
- Login as the administrator or as one of the technicians. You can create
a new technician if you like or use and existing one. Use "Manage Techs" as
the administrator to see existing techs.
- Post to your tickets as the user and as a tech.
- Close your tickets.
NOTE: If you use real information we suggest that you delete
your user and all the tickets associated with that user. An easy way to do that
is to login in as the administrator, click on "Manage Users", search for your
username, and the delete your user. It will delete all the
tickets for that user automatically.
